How to hard reset the AG Chrome Go-Tab to factory defaults?

Forgot may pattern (password method) and I just want to restore it to the way it was when I bought it - do no have a problem loosing everything. Just wish to get the goodness of using it again.

I have do all the steps but it stuck now at agmobile

Best answer
  1. Press and hold the power button and the Volume Up and release when the Go-Tab powers on 
  2. You will see a Robot on it back with a triangle and an exclamation mark with the text ‘NO COMMAND’
  3. Short press the Power key and you get the Android system recovery menu
  4. Scroll with Volume down to ‘Wipe data/factory reset’
  5. Short press the Vol Up to confirm
  6. Scroll ‘Yes---delete all user data’ using Vol Down
  7.  Short press the Vol Up to confirm
  8. Wait for wiping to complete
  9. Short press the Vol Up key to confirm Reboot
  10. And you are done!
