Does this only applies to the pictures taken with the tablet's camera or to every screen graphic (e.g home screen, messages, videos, games, etc.)? If this only happens with camera pictures then you will have to download and try a camera app called "Camera MX". Should the reaults be the same still, it will then be that the camera assembly is bad and should be replaced.
