Question

HI, I'm using AG Crome Ultra, My Phone doesn't boot I Tried the Recovery mode (Power Button + Vol up), when I get on the Recovery mode , I see a text "[ Recovery Mode] <<=" when I release the Power Button the phone switch off and when I hold the Power button during the recovery mode the phone its on for like 10 second then switch of again.. When I put charger the phone shows the AG mobile Logo then it switch off again and repeat the process again (Loop), when I take off charger I can switch it on nor access recovery mode. I really need help please

Hey Newton, we will need to try and rule out the battery and be sure it is not the one causing the issue. Remove the battery and then try putting in the charger and see if you get the AG logo followed by a shutdown. If you do, then you issue is the battery. What you will then have to do will be to try and clean both battery and phone power terminals with and old tooth brush briefly dipped in the methylated spirits (I say brief because you do not want the spirit to flow into the inside on the phone). Let the terminals dry and then replace the battery and try charging it again and observe. You may have to end up replacing the battery. I think I need a New Rom for my Phone, it managed to turn on without a charger, and I got into the recoveryMode and wipe everything, Now the Phone its stuck on the reboot Loop

Hey Tefo, yes that does seem like corrupt system files requiring a ROM reflash. Do see the answer here http://www.satechhelp.co.za/3161/Ag-Mobile-Ultra-Firmware-Roms to grasp a little surrounding the Chrome Ultra and its ROMs.

So is there any ROM to suggest since the AG Mobile its Not available Online.. Things like Jeally Bean 4.4.2, Etc

There is a good deal of ROMs online but neither of them have been modified to work with the Chrome Ultra as of now. Using any of those therefor will only do more harm than good sadly
