Hi. This can either be a browser issue or network. To confirm, try performing the same download using a different internet browser if you have more than one (e.g Opera Mini, Chrome, Firefox, etc.) and observe. Also, try clearing data (and cache) from the 'Download Manager' and 'Downloads' apps - Settings > Apps > All > Downloads > Clear data ... Do the same for the 'Download Manager' app. You can also try to download and use the 'Advanced Download Manager' available on Google instead of the one currently installed. Kindly keep us posted.
