Understood, that is fairly simple to resolve. Dial 111 from any different Vodacom phone and listen to the voice prompts. You should have to choose options 1 first (help with another Vodacom number) and then enter the cell number of your original SIM card when prompted and then go that route to retrieve your original SIM card's PUK (Pin Unlock Key).
