Hi. Which Mobicel tab model do you have? The best way to get it fixed it to go via your retailer (the shop from which you purchased it). They will then arrange with Mobicel and have it sent to one of their workshops for service. It does sound like the touch panel has failed electronically and must be replaced. Check your warranty card/papers as you may qualify for a free fix if it failed within their offered warranty period (min is normally 12 months).
