Hi. I am assuming you have an Android powered touchscreen device. Please try the following: Settings > App > All > Camera > Clear cache ... also clear data - then try the camera and observe. Do remember that some camera apps will not work without the SD card. On some Android devices, you need to do: Settings > Applications > Manage applications > All > Camera... Comment below should you still have issues and we will gladly assist further.
