Hi. What is the brand and model name of your phone? Please try 123456 and observe. If that does not work, you will then have two options.

1. Take it to your retailer (the shop you purchased it from) and they will send it to the manufacturer's workshop for a software reload.
2. You need to locate your specific phone model's ROM file and flash it onto your phone in the place of the current one that is Privacy Protection Password locked. We would try and walk you through but we need to know the brand and model name of your phone as seen on the same white sticker you copied the IMEI numbers from (under the battery).
