Hey - You must have a corrupt firmware. Refer here: http://www.satechhelp.co.za/6108/Flash-Firmware-Ag-Chrome-Tab for the recourse thereto. This appears to be a common issue with the AG Chrome Go-Tab. You will have to contact AG Mobile directly to arrange an in-warranty service or replacement unfortunately. Let us know should you need help with the customer service number. If you took it on contract, the you can go via your retailer (the shop from which you purchased the Go-Tab).
