Hi. This is done differently from one phone model to the one. The phones model number is normally located on a white sticker under the battery. Kindly comment below specifying the phone model you have and we will gladly assist further. Generally, for Android devices, you do

Settings > Wireless and Mobile networks > More > Mobile Networks > Data enable (make sure the check box there is checked). For dual SIM Android devices, you need to select the SIM card you mean to use for data connection if you have two SIM cards installed.

Settings==> Wireless and Networks==>Mobile networks==>and touch Data enable. There is also a short cut to do this' from home==> slide the notifications bar down and then look the "Data enable" icon and touch it once.
