Hey again. Please do kindly advice on the carrier or wireless service provider your colleague is with and we will gladly advise as desired. The configurations are otherwise at: Settings > Wireless and networks > More... > Mobile networks > Access Point Name (or APN) > MMS ... This is where carrier specific values are to be entered.
