1. Press and hold the volume up and volume down together + Power button
2. Use the volume down to scroll to recovery and the volume up to select
3. Motorola logo will apear. Then apear the Android robot with an exclamation mark
4. Press and hold the volume down for 10 seconds
5. While holding the volume down Tap the volume up button and release all keys
6. Additional manu option will apear in Blue text.
7. Scroll down using the volume down to wipe data/factory reset, use the Power button to select
8. Scroll down to YES-ERAZE ALL USER DATA
9. When hard resing is complete Press and hold the power button to confirm reboot
