Most of AG smartphone are using the same method of hard resting' please refer to the steps below
1. Turn the AG smartphone off
2. Press and hold both the Volume Up and Power keys until you get the usual.
with the "Recovery mode =>" in grey
3. Release both keys when you see it thus
The Android robot appears with Chinese characters at the bottom
4. Short press the power button to display the Android System Recovery menu
With the recovery menu displayed - scroll down using the Volume down key and highlight "Wipe data/factory reset"
5. Short press the Volume Up key to confirm selection
6. Again scroll down using the Volume down key and highlight "Yes --- delete all user data"
Wait until you see "Data wipe complete"
With the "Reboot now" highlighted - Short press the Volume Up key to reboot/restart the AG smartphone.
NOTE: If the Volume up and the power button does not do' switch off your AG phone And press the Volume down together with Power Button and then follw the instructions from step 3.
