1. Power off the phone
2. Press and hold the Volume down button together with the power button
3. Release buttons when the LG Logo apears
4. Wait few seconds untill the system recovery utility apears
5. Use the volume button to navigate and the power button to select
6. Select hard reset to unlock the phone
