Still no touch on screen

Hey - If you have hard reset the Vodafone Smart Kicka (VF685) after it would not touch and afterwards found out that the touch is still unresponsive (will not touch), then chances are the phone's touchscreen/digitalizer has failed electronically and should be replaced.
