I need a standard sized & featured laptop under R3000. I need to be able to access the internent and run the basic productivity office suite from Microsoft. Any suggestion of a brand and model available in South Africa. Thanks

Hey Mophet, with R3000, you will either get a Chromebook (Acer - running a non-Windows OS and you might have issues making printouts and the likes), or get a a 2nd hand. New Windows laptops with a Celeron processor (just enought for a small businessman) has a price range from around R3700 to R4000. Let us know your mind and we will try and advise further.
