Question

The phone is un a boot loop. I have gone into recovery mode, and tried to do a factory reset but says it cannot do it and there is no option to do it. I am looking for a ROM so that I can upload it and restore the phone back to the factory default. Does anyone know where I can get a ROM?

Hey - AG Mobile insist that firmware reflashing should be handled at their workshops and hence they do not make firmware packs publicly available sadly. The next best thing that can be done, aside from taking the phone to your retailer (who will then send it to AG Mobile's workshop) is to find a friend with the same AG device model and then you try and take a backup (ROM dump). There has been a few posts here from AG Chrome Selfie users but most posted as anonymous without accounts, meaning that we sadly cannot contact them back and ask that they try and take a backup of the device model's ROM. Taking a backup of the ROM may not be easy for an average user on the other hand with all the drivers, backup software and finally zipping the backup and uploading it to the internet involved. It would be easier if you knew of a friend around you so that you can do this by your (yes you sound like you have a worthy background).
