Why is my tablet just switching off after it is charged full?

Hey Estelle, What tablet model is? And also, are you sure is is fully charged (100%). We may have to try clearing system cache (and/or user data) via it recovery mode but it is necessary to know the tablet's model and brand. Otherwise, the battery is most likely failing. Do kindly reply by commenting below.

Understood. While the tablet is off, please hold down both the Power button and the Volume up key until the tablet displays the Netsurfer logo - then release both button and observe. Do follow me here http://www.satechhelp.co.za/chat for a faster interaction.
