If I call them and give them all the information they need will they erase my number?and for the account owner will she be notified at that time or she will realise it when she uses the card?

Hey Nothando.This may insist on the ID # and names of the original account holder but you can try. I suggest you email them instead - though calling would be just fine. No the account holder will not notice it when using the card.
