OK - This may be a third case of the AG Chrome Go-Tab to be found to give out this described malfunction. It appears like the Volume up key fails or somehow gets stuck (electronically and not mechanically) while engage - forcing the tablet to boot into the recovery mode. The first time we dealt with this case, we went all out to troubleshoot and concluded that the tablet was better taken back via AG Mobile (if bought cash) or via the retailer (if bought on credit). I am afraid you will have to go the same route.
