AG Chrome Go-Tab and stuck Volume Up (Serious issue)
We have had at least three users reporting the AG Go-Tab to be booting into the recovery mode by itself when power on as normal. The first time this was presented before, we went all to try and troubleshoot and hopefully have the issue resolved. The results were that, the Volume key/channel proved be stuck (more electronically than mechanical), resulting in the tablet defaulting to the Android System recovery mode when power up. The only available option for you at the moment is to take the AG Chrome device via your retailer (e.g Pep Store) who will then have it sent to one of AG Mobile's workshops for service. You can alternatively contact AG Mobile's customer care directly by phone at 0861 24 33 33 and have it sent to them your self.
We can also hope that this may help in getting AG Mobile to arrange a recall where necessary - Service for an issues such as this should be free if still within the warranty period otherwise.
