Apparently when you disconnect the fan belt and nothing moves, noise still there

It's linked to my revs it seems. The higher I rev, the higher and louder the sound

Sound is there if car is cold and hot. Day and night. Although it's louder when I start the engine in the morning. After driving for a while, it goes softer.

No other symptoms. Could it be in the engine? There is no loud metal in metal or clanging sound. Maybe s fit knocking sound, but I might be imagining it

Hi. Have you tried an OBD diagnostic scan for trouble codes? You can have this performed for free at your neares AuoZone branch.
