Hey - This model sadly requires special equipment for to read or reset a forgotten password. Alternatively, it firmware will need to be reflashed. Unfortunately, AG Mobile confined firmware reflashing to their workshop and never make the firmware packs available. You will therefore have to take it via your retailer (the store from which you bought it) or contact AG Mobile directly to have them booking it for a software reflash.
