Use your mobile anti-theft pin to unlock your phone. Please comment with the results below. We may be able to assist with the firmware in-case you have forgotten the Anti-Theft Lock as it will then be necessary to reload the tablet's firmware afresh to clear a lost or forgotten PPP or Anti-Theft Lock.
