1. Press and hold the power button + the volume up button
2. Wait for the android robot to apear and release
3. Use the volume button to navigate up/down and the power button to select
4. Use the volume down to scroll down to wipe data/factory, use the power button to select.
5. Scroll down to "Yes-delete all user data" and power button to select
6. Wait untill it says complete
7. Then reboot the phone.
