Hi. With the Internet Banking service, it is necessary to first register (create an online account) for it and then visit your nearest branch to have an EAP allocated (it is R0.00 by default - meaning you cannot make any transfers or payment therefrom until the EAP is increased from a min of R1000 to R50 000).

Moreover, the Mobile Banking or WAP site was deprecated and replaced by the Standard Bank app for smartphones. So, to fully access Internet Banking from a cellphone. You will need a phone featuring a browser that supports both HTML and Java Script - typical ones are smartphones  :)
