second sim "locked" to roaming data and i need to turn this off

My AG chrome ultra haa some how lovked my sevond aim to roaming data amd i need to reset this as tjis ia eippib into my data and slowing my mobile down as it constantly looses signal on the primary Sim.. Please help.me urgently...i have checked the settings and roaming wasnt even activated bit when i tru and uae the aim like i habe done before it tells me its on roaming

You phone will be roaming due to poor signal/network coverage. Please do try another network(Vodacom, MTN or Cell C). Please let us know if you are winning.
