AG Chrome Selfie's recovery menu bug (Serious issue)
The AG Chrome Selfie has been found, by some over 5 users, to have no option to delete cache or data from the Android System Recovery menu as all Android devices should. After selecting 'Wipe data/factory reset' or 'Wipe cache partition', there is no 'Yes----delete all user data' option. This means that one cannot recover their the AG Chrome Selfie in the case of a forgotten pattern or screen lock PIN or in the event that user data and apps get corrupt, resulting in the device not booting properly. AG Mobile confines firmware reloading to their workshops and this means that one can simply flash in a firmware instead either. Scroll to the answer section below to learn of your option

This is by far a serious issue that is sufficient to have AG Mobile recalling all affected AG Chrome Selfie units. The only available option for you at the moment is to take the AG Chrome device via your retailer (e.g Pep Store) who will then have it sent to one of AG Mobile's workshops for service. You can alternatively contact AG Mobile's customer care directly by phone at 0861 24 33 33 and have it sent to them your self.
