Did this use to work right? Please clear cache (NOT data) from both the Contacts app and the Phone/dialer app under Settings > Apps > All > ...Contacts > Clear cache and ...Phone/Dialer > Clear cache - and then retry an incoming calling to the Smart First 6 and observe. If need be, it may be necessary to clear the entire phone system's cache from the recovery mode. Alternatively, if preferred, download and use the "Contacts+" app from the Google Play Store. It offers both Dialer and Contacts functionality and is otherwise more robust. See if it does not resolve the issue in question.

You may also try this, open your phone dialer, touch the action button buttom right of your phone screen for more options and choose settings,  touch Voice call, additional settings, caller id and set it to network default or show number.
