when i try to download an app on my AG Mobile it keeps referencing that i have no devices installed

Hi. Can you please post the exact and complete error message you receive when trying to download. Also, please advice on the model number of your AG Mobile device as seen on the white sticker that is under the battery.

You will kindly retry downloading something and take note of the exact error message > take note of it word for word if you can > post it here and we will try and advise to the best of our expertise free of charge :)
