Try this

Remove the battery from the phone, press and hold the power button for 15 seconds, connect the phone to a charger without the battery, press and hold the power button for 15 seconds. Put the battery back to the phone, let the phone charge for at least 5min and if this does not bring back your phone to life' then consider the phone's main firmware to be corrupted or the issue could be related to hardware. Do also check if the phone had never fell into water before.
