Hard reset for AG Chaser I forgot my pattern

Lol - I just set a pattern lock now now and I forgot how it goes, I have tried it and not it is saying something about Google Account. Is there any thing I can do or I have to take it back to Pep Store for help. I still have the papers and the phone is only two months old. Thanks

Hey Lungelo, Please try the steps here http://www.satechhelp.co.za/1635/Hard-Reset-Ag-Chrome-Selfie and observe. Though it appears like some AG Chacer units do not have the 'Yes --- delete all user data' option. In which case you will need to have the customer recovery.img here: http://roms.satechhelp.co.za/product/ag-chacer-custom-recovery-img-cwm/ flashed onto your AG Chacer through SP Tool from a computer. If you do not have access to a computer, if you need to a take it to one of your local phone repairs shops.
