How to install Google Play Store on my PLUS 4 SMART TOUCH phone

I want to remove the Get Apps application and install and use the Google Play Store instead for applications. Or can any one who own the PLUS 4 Q TOUCH share an copy. Thank you

Hey Bill, It it not very straight forward to install the Google Play Store onto devices that do not come with the app by default but it is possible. Follow the steps below.

  1. Download and install Google Services Framework apk
  2. Download and Install the Google Play Store apk
  3. Then Download and Install the Google Play Services apk - you may have to install a few before you may finally get the one that will work right.

To uninstall the Get Apps app, navigate to Settings > Apps > All > Get Apps > Uninstall. I suggest you do this after having been sure that the Play Store works well.
