i cant view my mms

What is the model number/name of your AG Mobile device as seen on the white sticker under the battery?

Hi. It must most likely be that the AG Mobile has not been configured for MMS (of cause provided it is compatible with MMS as some AG Mobile devices do not support the Multimedia Messaging Service. Advise on the model number and your carrier and we will try and help you troubleshoot the root cause of your issue.
