Please . how can I fix fix my AG Mobile Tablet 7.0 inch, the screen was replaced because it was cracked, and now am having problem with the tablet bcoz it only display 1% power battery

Hey Joseph, can you confirm if the tablet finally drains completely if left for for say an hour. If yes, then it is actually not really charging. Also, have you tried more than one kind of charging? After the screen crack, did the tablet use to charge normally or the the crack rendered the tablet unusable and you did not try charging it from there? We, depending on how the screen got damaged, the charging system may have suffered in part as well. Do try and supply us will a bit more info and we will gladly try and help out.

it was normally charging after the crack but unusable, so i send it to the technician and they replaced the screen, but when i charge it it display only 1% and it shows that is charging but the battery can not be full it remains on 1%, I tried to use different chargers but still remains on 1%. And i return it to the technician explain the situation and he said the problem is the software of the tablet it needs to be updated. so that why i need and assistance with the different aspects or technicians who usually know the AGmobile tablet

Thanks the aditional details. If pluging the tablet onto a good charger for say two hours enables the tablet to operate for a longer time with the charger REMOVED, then the battery will likely need to be just recalibrated using a battery calibration app from Google Play Store. If however, the tablet shuts down soon after the charger is removed irrespestive of the amount time it was left on the charger, then the issue will be more electronic than software. The thing is, the tablet's battery must have a good charge even for updating the software. Please comment below this answer confirming the exact behavior received from the two above. Whether it shuts down soon after the charger is removed even if left on the charger for hours or not.

Then the battery may have failed and must be replaced. The battery features a tiny PCB that monitors/controls power distribution. This circuit board fails electronically at times. See if the same technician who replaced the LCD cannot test a different tablet battery in the place of the current.
