Welcome SA Tech Help.
As soon as it is done with the start up loading and homescreen, it displays "App error 523 Reset". What are  my options. When I click 'Reset' it boots - fully load again and bring the same error message.

1. Download and install the Blackberry Desktop Manager

2. Lauch the BB Desktop Manager and connect you Blackberry device without the battery and wait

3. Install the battery when prompted to do so

4. Input the wrong code/password three more than 10 times

5. The Blackberry device will begin to format/wipe all data and restore factory defaults

The phone should then load up normally after a reboot.
