Hello, I have an Adcom Kitkat A440+ smartphone requesting a privacy protection password. Unfortunately the phone initially belonged to my late uncle. Please advise on how to do away with this problem.

Hi. We will need a ROM/firmware specific for the Adcom A440+ They claim to have all Adcom Smartphones' firmware here http://androidmtk.com/download-adcom-stock-rom-models but A440+ does not see listed. Let me know if you are still forward to trying this and I will try and hunt the one specific for the A44o+ :)
