i can not video call with my AG swift

I a trying to call with/via the Skype application and directly calling another line.

Hi. Please make sure the SIM card you are relying on for this data call has 3G and not only Edge - try swapping the SIM cards if none a is a standard sized (and accordingly set data connection onto the SIM number that has data bundles). Never mind this if you are calling via WiFi. Please advise on the error (if any) you receive when trying to place the video call. By direct line I assume you mean the same thing as calling an individual who is on Skype and available to receive a Skype call or text.
