Question

Hi guys i have tried the " hold power button and volume- " till Sinotec pops up but no menu appears .
I have also tried holding power button and tapping volume + nothing happens

It would appear there is a specific way for this specific model that i cant figure out
any help would be much appreciated.

P.S. Screen is cracked and cant use touch feature.

Hello
Try holding the volume button first then the power button.

• Method 1: Volume up + power button
• Method 2: Volume down + power button

Don't release the buttons until you see the recovery mode. Please comment with the results below
