AG Mobile Go-Tab stuck the screen can't swipe

Hie i bought an ag go. Tab mobile tablet last week now its stuck the screen cant swipe , how can i rebopt it because the power option button that reflects on the screen doesnt swipe ?

Hey Romeo, If the touch screen will still not respond after the reboot, then it will likely have failed electronically and should be returned to shop. To force restart your AG Chrome Go-Tab, press and hold the power button for 8 to 10 seconds.
