To regain access to your MTN Steppa Android Smartphone, you need to reset it to its factory defaults. To do this, follow the foregoing steps.

  1. With the MTN turned off, press and hold both the Volume Up key + Power button (both at the same time) until you see the Android robot - a Recovery Menu should then display
  2. From that Recovery menu, scroll (using the Volume buttons) and select "Wipe Data/Factory reset" and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the reset
  3. At reboot, you will have the liberty to setup your MTN Steppa afresh

mine is shwitch on but the is no network
