Hey Vivian, it you forgot your pattern lock, you can enter the wrong pattern until you are prompted to login with Google or Gmail credentials. Then enter the email and password you used to setup your phone when you first got it. If you however did not associate a Gmail/Google account with your Alcatel device, then you will be forced to hard reset it using external keys. Let us know what model number it is and we will try and provide you with the reset procedure specific to the model.
