AG Ultra Roaming

I have an AG Ultra phone, it has been showing Roam, now how do I switch off that because if I don't use Wi-Fi I cant chat. while I have whatsap bundles in my phone but far from Wi-Fi it doesn't allow me to chat.

Hi. Do the following: Settings > Tap 'More...' under Wireless & Networks > tap Mobile Networks > tap Data Roam > tap OK to confirm data connectivity during roaming. Test Whatsapp after that :) Roaming normally serves for enhanced signal strength - therefore, it is better to enable data connectivity while roaming and let it roam on as you will not incur any extra charges at all.
