If you have forgotten your pin code, Do this;
- Enter your pin code 3 times or until your blocked
- Now your is asking for PUK code; Call your network service provider using another of the same network.
- Once you enter the PUK code your phone will ask for a new PIN code.
- And the SIM card will be unlocked.
NOTE: PIN code protects a SIM card not the phone.
If you have forgotten a password/security code;
This will be very difficult for you' as you don't have any other option but to erase everything to unlock the phone.
- Dial this code *2767*3855# to unlock your phone.
- Your phone will restart after you have entered the above code and come back as new.
