It is true that dialing the *130*4444# from a Telkom Mobile SIM gives a 'results unknown' error while the same code works with all other South African Networks. This must be an issue on Telkom Mobile's end - hence I would suggest you contact their Customer Service by dialing 188 from your Telkom Mobile SIM and choose to speak to a human agent.
