device unlock on my agmobile and paasword

Hi. If you have lost or forgotten the unlock password of your AG Mobile device, please open the back cover > remove the battery > and look for a 'Model number or Model name' on the white sticker there (the sticker is on the phone not the batter) > then resubmit it here and we will try as advise as to what your options are.
