Hey Ivan, you have two reset options.
- Refreshing/Resetting the Sansui WIB802 from within Windows: If Windows loads and you can sign in, you can perform the refresh from within Windows.
- Refreshing/Resetting the Sansui WIB802 USB recovery media: Normally provisioned fo if Windows fails to start and you (most importantly) have a USB recovery media available (this you must have upon receiving the tablet), you can perform the refresh by using your USB.
The first method should be valid for you since you are only facing a touchscreen issue - NB. assuming you still have access to the tablet's keyboard/cover set as it may be necessary (otherwise, connect a USB keyboard using an OTA cable). Though you may not mind loosing data and apps, the method to be discussed does not erase any of the two.
- Plug in your SANSUI WIB802 so you don’t run out of power during the refresh.
- Swipe (or simply get to Settings) from the right edge of the screen, and select Settings > Change PC settings.
- Select Update and recovery > Recovery.
- Under Refresh your PC without affecting your files, select Get started (You can choose any other option if you do not mind loosing user data).
- Select Next, make sure that your WIB802 is plugged in, and select Refresh.
- WIB802 restarts, and the logo appears during the refresh process (this can take several minutes)
