I forgot my Vodafone protect pin now my device is locked. how to unlock my phone? my number is 0769861427.Please help!

Hey Norolela, please try and reset your Protect PIN here http://www.satechhelp.co.za/4644/Reset-Vodafone-Protect-Pin-Online-South-Africa and reply back. If unsuccessful, then it may be necessary to reset your Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo to it factory defaults by following the steps here http://www.satechhelp.co.za/1461/Fogot-Password-Samsung-Galaxy-Grand-Neo-Plus to be able to reuse the phone.
