When I try to access my umoya service from my registered phone it asks for my ID and when I enter my ID number it says that I am unable to use the service until the first deposit has been made in my account and I ave been using this service for the past four years up until last month. Why has this happened and can it be sorted out.

Post Bank does not support this service' if you want to continue using this service you will have to change from PostBank to EasyPay green card.
