Hi. A Good place to start would be clearing cache > if that does not help, proceed to hard reset it - If you are available, I can try and walk you through over our Live Chat page. Otherwise, the steps are here

  1. Hard reset: http://www.satechhelp.co.za/3005/Hard-Reset-Verssed-Vp1-Smartphone
  2. Wipe Cache: Follow the same steps but select 'Wipe cache partition' instead of Wipe data/factory reset.
